Eek, it's a vampire bat. You can see that this guy has been spending a lot of time at the tattoo shop. Maybe his plan is to hypnotize his prey with his beautiful markings and then BAM!

Very well done! The tattooing is a very creative choice. The blood drips below the tag very effective.
