The bat image was stamped directly on the background paper so it looks like someone was doodling on the newspaper.
The ribbon is two layers glued together; black grosgrain ribbon on the bottom with ruler marked ribbon on top.

I love anything put on book paper!! This image just fits right in and makes itself at home on the page! Love the ribbon layers too!
